Leadership, desire, focus and determination are the four major attributes in achieving a top business organization.
1. Leadership must be delivered in front of and not behind the team. One must diligently, strategically and carefully plan the mission and goal(s) and deliver them to the team in a manner that will create passion and drive, coupled with the motivation to succeed in the implication and execution of the task. They must feel that they are an integral part of a project that is larger than themselves and what they do matters to the outcome.
2. Desire will then become the product of the successful delivery of the vision.
3. Focus divides the vision into the sum of its parts and energizes efforts to achieve results in a methodological fashion, therefore discouraging a sense of being overwhelmed.
4. Determination is the natural progression fueled by all of the minor accomplishments along the way. They have gone too far to turn back and are thereby motivated to continue until completion. They understand that how they finish will dictate their worth to the project.
