In business and in our personal relationships, it pays high dividends to be both, understanding and nice, beause it is simply a right thing to do, taking the high road in every situation.  To handle yourself with dignity and respect will take you well along the way in your pathway to success...economically and spiritually and to establish relationships along the way.  This will lead you to a better and more complete you.  Your job is not trying to change other people in the world.  That is no one's calling, however, if you concentrate on improving yourself in more ways than you probably realize, your perception of yourself, others and the world will change.

You cannot want real change unless your are willing to change yourself.  You have to be the change that you want to see, but it first starts with you.  Yes, build a relationship with yourself and once you begin to do that, building relationships with others will be more satisfying, beneficial and special.  Finding out who you really are, your purpose in this world and committing to achieving that purpose with determination and drive, without fear, hesitation or reservation, will transform your biggest dreams into reality and your calling will be manisfested beyond what you thought or even imagined.

No one is better qualitied to do what you are destined to you, so seek wisdom and guidance.  It's yours for the asking.  Be bold..be confident...be a blessing to all of us.  May you be that 'high road!
