Customer service is not just an end product but is involved as a process within and as an extension of the workforce. From one department to another, as HR does its job in orchestrating, coordinating and maintaining the atmosphere of employee related issues, the leadership, compassion, honesty and relationship building blocks must be implemented for any sustainable organization to thrive.
